Reschedule, cancel, complete, no-show, and attendee modifications all write to the canonical appointment store and immediately update the contact record + master calendar. SMS/email confirmations are Phase 6 (Communications). Zoom auto-create and Google Calendar push wire up in Phase 4b. AI scheduling assistance proposes — humans finalize.
