Phase 11 — Reporting, Dashboards, Analytics & Executive Intelligence Foundation. Phase 11 builds reporting foundations and mock dashboards only. Eleven new tables: report definitions, dashboards, widgets, saved reports, snapshots, paused schedules, preview-only export jobs, a metric registry with snapshots, mock AI insights, and access logs. Scheduled delivery, production exports, external BI, and live AI insights will be activated in later sub-phases.
