Twilio, Google, Postmark readiness and the firm-wide kill switch.
Phase 8 — Read-only. Channel records are seeded but no provider credentials are wired. Live Twilio, Google / Gmail, and Postmark sending each ship in their own follow-up phase. The kill switch surface below is a placeholder until Phase 8b.

A firm-wide kill switch will halt all outbound sends across SMS, email, voice, and the follow-up sequence executor. The toggle is disabled in Phase 8 — wiring lands in Phase 8b alongside Supabase mutations and provider integrations.
