Tenant Roles

  • Owner

    owner

    Full administrative authority. Reserved for Mr. Pinder and any explicit delegate.

  • Office Manager

    office_manager

    Operates the firm. Manages users, automations, commissions, and compliance.

  • Agent

    agent

    Producing licensed agent. Scoped to assigned clients and own pipeline.

  • Support Staff

    support_staff

    Non-licensed support. Can assist with scheduling, documents, and intake but cannot bind or recommend.

  • Read Only

    read_only

    Read-only access for auditors, accountants, or legal review.

  • Service Account

    service_account

    Non-human account for backend jobs and integrations. Never used in interactive sessions.

Platform Admin Levels

Ceety Systems · Read-only

Platform Super Admin and other platform-level roles are managed by Ceety Systems. Tenant administrators cannot assign, downgrade, or remove these roles.

  • Platform Super Admin

    Top-of-stack Ceety operator. Reserved for the platform super admin (initially Chris Kalu).

  • Platform Admin

    platform_admin

    Ceety operator with broad platform privileges, but cannot manage other platform admins.

  • Platform Support

    platform_support

    Ceety support engineer. Read-mostly access for triage and customer support.

  • Platform Read-Only

    platform_read_only

    Read-only Ceety auditor / observer. No mutation rights anywhere.
